Fashion | Le Pont de la Tour

Hello lovelies

This past weekend was Dan's 21st birthday so a massive Happy Birthday to him! To celebrate me, Dan and his family made our way up to London to have lunch at the stunning Le Pont de la Tour restaurant at London Bridge.

Le Pont de la Tour is a french restaurant situated on the Thames. Being that there was 17 of us we ended up in a private room which was the wine cellar, I have to say the room was amazing with the long wooden table and being surrounded by wine bottles it was a rather cosy place to spend some family time celebrating.

For my outfit, I wore a classic black peplum dress from River Island, a black quilted bag and heeled
booties from a local boutique. The shoes were amazing comfortable to walk in all day and to keep
warm I wore a black cardigan.

Fashion | River Strole

Hello lovelies

After having a long lecture at uni myself and a few friends decided to wander down to the Thames and see what was there. It seemed like the perfect place for an outfit shoot so despite the grey clouds and cold weather we made the most of the scenery and grabbed a few shots. Today's outfit was a bit dressier than usual but it still kept me warm. I love playsuits, you can dress them up with a pair of heels for a night out or like me you can pair them with tights and either ballet flats or a stylish pair of ankle booties. Pair it with a simple coat and bag and you're set for the day.

Fashion | Monochrome

Hello lovelies

White and black clothes seem to be a reaccuring theme in my wardrobe currently. As well as this, jeans are a must have in this winter weather! With that in mind I decided that today I would pair my white skinny jeans with a white blouse. To give the outfit a bit of edge I added my favourite leather jacket and black ankle booties. Hopefully the weather will get better soon so I can start wearing my summer clothes I miss dearly!

Having been at University for a few weeks now, I'm back into the swing of things and its time for me to start blogging again. I started to realise that most of my wardrobe is black, red or white and with today being a rather cold but sunny day here in London I thought I'd show you a few of my staple pieces. In this weather jeans are always a go to for me, paired with a simple top, blazer and ankle booties I think it's the perfect comfy yet sophisticated look for winter.

Lifestyle | New Year 2016

Hello Lovelies

Happy new year to you all! I hope you all had a great year and an amazing New Years Eve.

These are my top nine photos from last year, I would like to thank you all for all of your likes, following my Instagram and blog. It has been a year full of ups and downs but I had a great end to the year and I hope you did as well.

I have never been good at keeping New Years Resolutions however this year I have decided to try and make resolutions that I will be able to keep. The first one is to post at least twice a month every month on this blog, I know I've not been strict with my posting so this year I plan to have a schedule. This means I can post twice a month and not let it conflict with my job and university. Speaking of university, my next resolution is to spend more time and effort on all of my projects and practise my drawing more. My last resolution is to be more positive about everything in life :)

Travel | Paris

Hello lovelies

Last week I was very lucky to get to visit the beautiful city of Paris on a university trip. After getting off the Eurostar we had some trouble trying to find the metro, but once we did it was off to complete our itinerary. Now being that there was 13 of us in our group it was rather difficult to complete all five places in a day, however we did manage to get to four and we even managed to fit a little shopping in at the Champs Elysees.

One of the places we visited was the Palais Galliera which was absolutely beautiful. I would love to go back and spend more time there. After a lunch break we made our way over to the Pyramids Of The Louvre and then onwards to the Champs Elysees. I was lucky to be able to purchase another Pandora Charm for my bracelet of the Eiffel Tower and pick up a lipstick from the MAC Magic Of The Night collection. Finally it was then off to the Eiffel Tower to get some photos and videos; we were very lucky to be able to see it during dusk and then when it sparkled for the first time that night.
