Fashion | London Fashion Weekend

Hello lovelies

On Friday myself and a friend took a trip up to London Fashion Weekend. Having moved venue this year it was a really nice location at The Saatchi Gallery on The Kings Road. After walking around the building looking at all of the designers, we popped over to the Maybelline stand. Here we had a make over and picked up a few bits of makeup that were on offer. Upstairs was the Tony and Guy stand, I couldn't resist, so I bought a new curling tong. We were very lucky to get tickets and amazing seats to see the Peter Pilotto show which was stunning.

Beauty | Birchbox at Selfridges

Hello lovelies

Having been up to Central London a few times recently I thought I'd pop into Selfridges and check out the Birchbox counter that is there at the moment.
Seeing as it is their 5th birthday they set up a stand at Selfridges where you can go and pick your own 6 deluxe samples from their range. As a girl who doesn't want to commit to paying £10 a month before she knows if she'll like it, I would really recommend going and purchasing a box here. The six samples that I picked up were a great size for their price.

I also purchased the "Makeup Eraser". After hearing so many good things about this product I thought it would be worth a try and hopefully it'll live up to its expectations.

If you would like me to review any of these product let me know via a comment on here, Instagram or twitter.

Fashion | Louis Vuitton Series 3

Hello lovelies

This week is London Fashion Week and to go along with that Louis Vuitton have created an exhibition called "Series 3". This exhibition is free for anyone to go to, all you have to do is go onto the Louis Vuitton website and there is a link to book tickets. There are two tickets options which can either be just entry to walk around and view at your own pace or a guided tour. I decided to  chose the guided tour. In this you have a tour guide who explains all of the rooms and gives you interesting facts about Louis Vuitton. This is a definite must see for a good day out in London if you love fashion.

If you are planning to go, be aware that it is not adjacent to Somerset House as the website states. You need to keep walking past Somerset House and past Kings College, it is just past there.

Each one of these bags is made by hand, you can request for a certain person to make yours.

This bag takes 13 hours to make from start to finish. At a starting price of £2940 a girl can only dream!

Each one of these trunks can be personalised, the side of this one read "Miss France".

Fashion | Country Walk

Hello lovelies

A few days ago I went on a spontaneous country walk to a local nature reserve. If you are in need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life, I would highly recommend a walk in the countryside. Its calm environment helps with relaxation and if you are a fan of photography you can get some truly amazing photos (of which I would like to thank my friend Dan for getting these amazing photos for me). I was wearing an outfit that was a bit of a hit or miss for walking through the woods and around nature trails. However, the shoes I wore were a definite hit! If you do lots of walking, I would invest in a good pair of trainers. The trainers I chose to wear this time were the New Balance 501’s. Overall, they were really supportive and comfortable on my feet and after walking for over an hour my feet didn't hurt. Along with these, I chose to wear a skort and sleeveless blouse. With all of the walking we did I didn't need a jacket, however I'd definitely have one in the car waiting because it starts to get a bit chilly as time goes on.
